「Bunk beds are in the game room, which is separate from the house. It has it’s own exterior door and there is no interior connection to the main house. This is not mentioned in the listing at all. We booked this house because we had 6 kids, aged 4-12, and the bunks were perfect. But none of them could actually sleep there because they would have been separated. 「Property owner didn't know we were staying at the property since she "hadn't communicated with VRBO in a long time". The cabin had not been cleaned. The caretaker changed the bedding but that was all. My husband cleaned the bathroom. We were told the water was under a boil restriction. I wonder if it's always under a boil restriction. We were provided a few bottles of water. The window air unit dripped so we had to keep a bowl under it. The location was nice with only the caretaker house near.」

「The tent is too hot to stay and the ac is not able to cool it down after two hours. We complained it but the site manager told us we should wait till the sun down and we should expect the Texas summer to use the facility. I believe this place should not be rented without proper equipment to make it "stayable" We left early without staying a night. 」
