「Only hiccup was we ran out of propane on day 2 for the grill. I emailed the contact but never heard from them nor did we get a new tank. Just a little inconvenience as we planned to use it. 」

「The house looked just like the pictures. There was enough room for everyone and enough full bathrooms. The pool was clean and we had a great time hanging out there all day! The big dining room table fit all the adults while the smaller kitchen in the table fit all the kids. The kids loved the bunk beds and the play set in the kids room. 」

「Wonderful resort style property. Nice amenities for a very small fee. Have stayed in other resorts style properties where if you did not own you could not use some of the amenities even for a fee. Manager got back to us right away with any questions we had. Would stay again.Thank you」

「Pool was "Freezing" and the hot tub "was not hot". It was colder than the pool. Old lady and her daughter live in the house. The old lady try to micromanage everybody. She is not the owner but thinks she is and has authority over everything. Nice house. Just bad rules.Too strict for young people. House is suited for older people in their '60s.. Also, the Clubhouse Water Park has a separate fee$$.」

「This house was great! Every room of the house was very homey and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are a great addition! The hot tub for the cool mornings and nights and the pool during the day. Its location was nice! Away from all the hustle and bustle of the area. But still close enough to venture out. We enjoyed staying at this property. We took a walk every morning around the lake behind the house. My boys fished off the dock and caught some fish (catch and release). All the ducks, cranes,...

「 Very convenient to all of the Disney properties and was a perfect space for a couple. Small kitchen allows you to cook in if you desire. Great communication with the property manager. Would recommend!」

「This location was perfect for a short drive to Disney. We found it much easier than staying in the park. The communication with the rental person was extremely rapid and helpful. Kids loved the game room and it was clean-especially the bathrooms! We had a great vacation!」

「We had a fantastic stay at Franks place. Its absolutely perfect for familys. A really spacious property with everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Really clean and tidy with lots of towels. The beach towels ready to be used were a great addition.Perfectly located, extremely close to Disney and the 192 which has lots of restaurants, giftshops and supermarkets. We would all 100% stay here again.」
