「A nice inexpensive comfortable room for the one night we stayed, the staff was very nice and hospitable. 」

「The check in was very pleasant, super friendly staff. Clean rooms, newly renovated. This is our second time there and will definitely book again. Great location and good price. 」

「There is no problem with this accommodation. However, because it is located in the roadside, the running noise of the car is noisy all day. The carpet was dirty, the back of the foot was dirty.」

「広めのリビングとダイニングが付いた部屋に泊まりました。 窓を大きくとり、広く明るく、景色も抜群でした。しかし、すぐ裏側が比較的車の往来の多い道路で、平日は朝からダンプもよく通り、寝ていられません。4泊した内、2泊目からはレイバーデーの週末にかかり、まだましでしたが...。」

「I’m grateful to find this room available on a random trip. I was tired of traveling and needed to sleep. The room was very clean but not well equipped for October temperatures. A sheet and one skinny blanket did little to keep me warm enough through the night. Otherwise, I had a terrific hot shower in the morning. 」

「Room was ok. very close to everything! Could use some updates walls are very thin and there could be better pillows and a microwave in the room. Travled with a 3yr old and needed one but overall it was do able. 」

「Was a cute room. Its not the biggest or nicest place, but it was perfect for my one night in Hampton Beach. Room was clean, felt comfortable and safe, and had a nice deck area to hang outside on and watch the ocean and sunrise. 」

「Conveniently located, can see the boardwalk from the front porch!! More than enough room for 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived early (930am), planning to spend the day at the beach then check in. We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach.」
