「We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again.」

「The front desk staff Carona was very helpful and professional. We plan to book the hotel annually because of her. All the staff was friendly and property are well maintained.」

「This is an older building with lots of "land-lord-specials" to try to cover repairs and update the building. The pipes vibrated and rumbled when we took showers, which others had complained about to management while we were sitting in the lobby. The staff were all friendly and tried to be accommodating but the pipe situation was throughout the building. The room was fairly clean but the bedding did have stains (bright blue and pink). The pool was gross and supported many removed bandaids on...

「My only issue was with the noise level between rooms. Very noisy neighbor had music/TV on very loud all 5 nights we were there! Seems like insulation between room walls would have been a priority, but that doesn’t seem to be the case.」
