「The trailer was quiet, warm (heated), and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay as we took in the Cabot Trail, and hiked the Skyline Trail close by. Mattresses on the beds could have been a bit thicker, but there were lots of pillows and a comforter to lay on top of for a bit more cushion. The property is so well situated on the Cabot Trail, with a general store, a restaurant, and a bay to watch the sunset all close enough to walk to, and more walking trails a very close drive away....

「We liked the location but there was no ocean view. There was a very small bit of ocean above the tree tops…….not an ocean view. The appliances were in fairly good working order; but the basket of the coffee pot was dirty/badly stained and the toaster came on but it didn’t toast. The beds were comfortable. The downstairs area was very humid and the bed spreads felt damp. The beds were described as luxurious in the property ad. They were not luxurious! Good Wifi and good tv. We disappointed with...

「I hadnt realized this was in an older RV, somehow. I thought it would be a small cabin. To get into bed was a little tricky to not hit your head on the overhang. There was a very tight space either side of the bed to get into it. The bathroom is tiny. The larger room is nice and bright, and the location in the woods is beautiful. It was very close to the concert we attended in Cheticamp. The owners had a fun sense of humor with labeling light switches and key chains.」

「An Absolutely Wonderful Stay – A True Home Away from Home! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at Chalet Gedouque on September 23 with our dear friends and my dog, and what an unforgettable experience it was! 「It's an older RV, what do you expect? The location is fantastic, though, if you like a quiet wooded place near a peaceful creek with lots of birds. The RV itself has seen (and smelled?) better days, but the AC worked fine. TV did not work at all. The place could use a good deep cleaning, and the kitchen sink definitely needs scrubbing. Finding a used washcloth in the shower did not increase my confidence in the overall cleanliness of the place, either. Water tastes funny, too. But, did I mention...
