"We have stayed in Los Alcazares for 15 years and this was by far the best accommodation we have rented. Barbara and Paul live near the property and the check in was very easy. He met us at the property and gave us all the information we needed about things like air-conditioning, TV etc. Quite often you don't get that. Their house was spotlessly clean . The little extras that people don't generally think of meant our stay was about as good as it gets. I was chatting with Barbara a few days ago to try a date set for next year. A brilliant place to stay"

"The villa is really really nice. The facilities are excellent and it’s close enough to town to walk to the bars and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The pool is great, just right for the kids splashing about in, and swimming in. There is a huge parasol that we positioned at the side of the shallow end, which gave shade to enable sitting in there for a while. This would suit a family, or a few adults. We were 4 adults and 2 kids. The upstairs self contained apartment was fantastic for the two younger adults, with balcony over the pool. Would highly recommend this villa. The agent and owner were great, and easy to deal with."

"This apartment is still amazing value for money. Perfect location to beach and to amenities. However previous year the apartment was cleaner and better equipped. Main problem if you staying in upper floors you don’t where to dry your bathing suits. There is only 1 dryer for all 5 apartments, which was constantly occupied by family in the second floor."

"The apartment was spotless, really modern, and in a fantastic location. You have a view of the beach and promenade and street from the balcony. Had every amenity required for a holiday home. Simple check in and check out. The host gave us recommendations on eating out in the area. Communication was instant, if you have any questions. I would use this apartment again, with no hesitations. I highly recommend."
