"Room was cleaned regularly. Cleaning Staff friendly. Food was very good. Excellent range of choice. Room in need of updating but I think some of the rooms have already been modernised. Could have done with a kettle in the room to allow us to make a coffee or tea outwith breakfast time. Pool animation team were very nice and full of energy! Would possibly return but would like an updated room."

"We have stayed in Los Alcazares for 15 years and this was by far the best accommodation we have rented. Barbara and Paul live near the property and the check in was very easy. He met us at the property and gave us all the information we needed about things like air-conditioning, TV etc. Quite often you don't get that. Their house was spotlessly clean . The little extras that people don't generally think of meant our stay was about as good as it gets. I was chatting with Barbara a few days ago to try a date set for next year. A brilliant place to stay"

"Quite resort , pool nice but would of been nice to have a toilet near pool had to go to our room on 2 nd floor to use bathroom, just enough room for 4 adults and baby , would of been nice to have a second key ,the second shower is quite a small area had to use one in family bathroom, suitable for children, Great location,We got locked out on balcony as didn’t realise you could get locked out luckily we had our keys and threw them down to a passerby and they let us back in . Unfortunately our shower had a leak the owners got it repaired quickly and compensated us for the in convenience. Over all good value air con worked well ."
