「Hay pisos ocupados en la zona, no da seguridad la zona, la casa está bien y cuenta con piscina que no usamos ya que es invierno, pegado a la ap7 lo que genera bastante ruido en la calle, fases de viviendas a medio construir, la zona no es la mejor, cama sucia y cortinas con bajos sucios por moho, toda la casa llena de pelos muy cortitos y negros... Casa practica pero solo si tienes coche, muy aislada.」

「En general, la estancia ha sido buena, pues era un sitio tranquilo y con fácil aparcamiento.
Como aspectos negativos a destacar:
- El horno eléctrico no funcionaba.
- En uno de los ba ños no funcionaba la cisterna del WC y no había agua fría en ducha y lavabo.
- Al encender la secadora, saltaba una alarma de fallo.
- Luz fundida en un baño y en una habitación.
