Un hotel que cumple perfectamente las expectativas de Calidad-Precio, cuenta con muy buenas instalaciones, personal muy atento que te hace sentir confortable, la comida bien pero se pudiera mejorar agregando más variedad, pero en conclusión un hotel que que invita a regresar.

Food choices were horrible! Check in was great, thereafter was horrible! Wait staff could not understand English. The only waitstaff was great were Delfino and Santos at the bar. Everyone else was not great! Our anniversary ended up horribly due to us not being accommodated for the restaurant. We kept trying to make a reservation but were told we couldn’t and then when we tried to get food, was told we needed a reservation! Our first experience at a RIU resort was not great at all!

Nos quedamos 2 días, sin duda alguna volveré a regresar. Me la pasé increíble, las opciones para comer y tomar son tan variadas, las habitaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, el staff muy amable en general.

Water in the pool by restaurants wasn’t clear enough and water in the pool in quite area was dirty a lot of bags floatingin the water and stuff from the trees when we got checked in in the room I was shocked The area when the ceiling fan touched the ceiling was full of webs and dirt. The lamp on the wall by the bed was hanging out, was broken. The pictures on the wall they were dirty, and the sheets were dirty. The extra blankets was stiffed as a linen fabric very Very old the view from the room was like Bumped area a lot of pieces of the Building walls. When I booked this resort it did show its four stars resorts I don’t think so!! Dose not has even too it’s very poor. We had to drive to the beach every day about 15-20 minutes I’m very old buses, and we weren’t able to swim in the sea because of seaweed covered almost half of the Beach because nobody Took care of it . Seaweed season is all over Caribbean area. Any other resorts take care of it we weren’t even able noticed that it is seaweed season. In this resort the smell terrible smell was all around because of the seaweed laying on the beach forever and no access to the sea to swim at all I am very disappointed. I would never recommend to anybody to visit this resort. We paid 600 per person for three days and it was price on sale. I don’t understand the pictures on Expedia showing beautiful rooms and area all these pictures do not match even in 1/3 of a reality. Stuff of the hotel is very very nice.

El personal con el que rara vez tenía contacto (no hay meseros en áreas de piscina o beach club y en restaurante están saturados) muy amable, sin embargo la comida estaba bastante lejana a un hotel 5 estrellas, mi hijo se intoxicó. Los cuartos y el hotel en general están viejos, hay una piscina familiar pequeña en el hotel, muy abarrotada. Honestamente no volveré a hospedarme. El personal de mostrador muy amable eso sí. El hotel está limpio y las camas cómodas. El club de playa es pequeño y la comida de mal sabor, con una piscina muy pequeña también, aunque la playa es hermosa y limpia. Yo no lo catalogaría como un hotel 5 estrellas.

Pros: Food - was excellent, Staff - Very helpful and understanding Entertainment - Was done before it got too late Room Attendants - Most were very good and went the extra mile for the guests. The Shop Clerk inside the hotel was very helpful. Cons - There were two pools - One was kept great and the other quiet pool had leaves and particulars in the water. There was no direct access to the peach and you have to take a bus to get to it. That was a bummer. Some of the Front Desk Clerks were not too sure as to what to do in certain situations. They were not proactive. The toilet bowl had a crack in it. One of the two cups left in my room to make coffee was chipped. Under the bed was not properly cleaned prior to our arrival. Some of the guests were not on their best behavior around other guests. Police Presence was required on one of the evenings we were there.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend I stayed at Hotel Riu Lupita for 7 nights on the all-inclusive plan, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel is clearly outdated — the rooms smelled terrible, and despite their attempt to mask it with eucalyptus, the odor never went away. The mattresses were old and extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a decent night’s sleep. The food was by far one of the worst parts. I actually got sick during my stay. Meals were often bland, poorly prepared, and seemed reheated — especially at the beach club, where even a basic burger was inedible. Speaking of the beach, the listing is quite misleading. The hotel is not on the beach — you need to take a 15-minute shuttle to get there, which wasn’t what I expected when booking. Drinks were no better. The alcohol used was extremely low quality, and there were no fresh ingredients in sight. Even the lime tasted artificial. The entertainment was mediocre at best, lacking energy and variety. The only positive I can mention is the staff. The people working there were incredibly sweet, kind, and hardworking. It’s unfortunate they have to work under such poor conditions — they truly deserve better. Overall, I would not return or recommend this hotel to others. There are far better options in the area for a similar price.

No fue la mejor experiencia en está ocasión. Creo que bajaron el nivel de calidad y variedad de alimentos y atención al huésped. Ojalá que capaciten a su personal para que tengan mejor actitud. Hace un mes fuimos y nuestra experiencia había sido buena, en esta ocasión algo cambió, no sabemos qué haya influido en este cambio. Elvira la mesera fue nuestra salvación, ella fue lo mejor del hotel.

Mi dinero a la basura, terrible!

Está fatal que en la página den información incorrecta, no tiene playa, no tiene 4 restaurantes, no tiene 3 bares, es un lugar diminuto, con la alberca principal saturada de gente, el agua caliente, la comida de las restaurantes de muy mala calidad y poca variedad, el servicio pésimo, no hay meseros en la alberca que te ofrezcan bebidas, tienes que ir a la única barra que hay, si quieres ir a la playa tienes que ir en un autobús del hotel a un club de playa que está fatal, una alberca en medio chica y sin servicio de meseros para las bebidas en la playa, si quieres tomar algo debes ir tú mismo a la barra. Definitivamente este no es un hotel 5 estrellas y la información en la página es incorrecta, jamás habría pagado por ir a un hotel sin playa en las instalaciones y con tan mala calidad en los alimentos y el pésimo servicio, ahorré para ir a celebrar el día de la madre con mis hijos y fue como tirar mi dinero en la basura! Total desilusión y muy mala información por qué no es lo que se ve en la página cuando uno hace la reservación y decide pagar un par de habitaciones ahí.
