「We really liked our two weeks at the hotel. my wife and I. I was however more than slightly unhappy by the lack of heating in the pools, which I reported through Expedia as well as not being offered a VIP upgrade or a few hours late checkout. The hotel guest services came back to me within hours and while it didn't make the pools warmer it did make us feel hugely better. Part of the remedy included the later checkout. I have to say the hotel restaurants have a have fantastically extensive menus...

Dave and Brian」

「Spacious room and bathroom walk in shower , clean and great location with supermarket and a few restaurants within 2 minutes of walking distance.」

「After a couple of hick-ups with our room in the beginning that were sorted out well, we liked the room very much. We spent 2 weeks there while travelling the whole island with our rented car. We had a nice holiday despite the very strong winds on the island. We didn’t use the beaches for a long time like in other beach holidays but we travelled and seen almost everything in the whole island. Breakfast was a bit too boring for us and ended up eating mostly fruits which were in abundance and we...

「Very helpful staff and excellent place to stay....have returned several times」

「The apartment was nicely renovated and had air conditioning. The apartment blocks are split over two areas, so didn’t really get the holiday feel quite as much. The pool area is quite compact and whilst we never had an issue getting a sunbed they were all very close together and not very comfortable. The pool was also built up all around it with no real breeze so felt very enclosed and quite hot. The staff were all super friendly and happy to help with anything. Sadly our apartment number 63...

「This is a wonderful hotel and so relaxing. The staff are very helpful, especially Harriett. Great food, excellent amenities and a very well maintained lounging area surrounding the pool. We will definitely be back!」

「Our initial room was awful. bedroom was windowless, pokey facilities. Fortunately we were switched to a totally refurbished room, one suitable for a disabled guest. Breakfast buffet was reasonably varied, pity the evening choice was not as interesting and often had gone cold. there were many staff desperate to take away used plates almost before being finished with. There was an unseemly use to offer bar services, almost before sitting comfortably at times.」

「We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September.」
