"Clean ,spacious room ,friendly staff "

"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties with our check-in, and they could not access the information Expedia was supposed to send them. Despite our "ghost" reservation, they made sure we had a room and they had a "customer first" attitude. They are also very friendly, and we enjoyed conversing with the staff. The breakfast is also quite nice. "

"Clean room, staff was accommodating. Breakfast was decent but not many options. Dinner was nicely presented but main dishes can be quite salty. We were told they had parking but when we arrived, we were told it was closed and had to find local parking lot which was a struggle when staff is not able to give you a Google location of it and directs it on a paper map. It would have been helpful if the hotel could notify us about that prior to arrival. "

"Room cleaned. Great value! Unfortunately i left a cellphone charger and plug in converter. I was trying to call them. But they did not answered the phone. I couldn't reach out to the hotel. Please let me know how i can contant them to find my charger and converter if possible."
