"The room was beautiful, glad we booked executive room the view was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I checked in the day after my birthday and they wished my happy birthday checking in and even had a birthday cake sent to my room no charge. The concierge service was also very helpful booking us a reservation at the tribe of popular club and also affordable taxis to different locations. We had the breakfast included, and it was good every morning definitely wouldn’t pass that up. Great food, great views and the location of the hotel was perfect for getting everywhere we need to be."

"Great hotel for business or pleasure. Rooms are very nice, and do yourself a favour and book the Club rooms as the price and service you get is as good as any 5 star capital city hotel but at far less cost. Great pool, spa, and food is good. 5 minute walk to Metro to get wherever you want to go in Bangkok and close to the all the bars and restaurants of Sukhumvit. I've stayed here a few times and always found it great."

"This hotel is in a great location and not far from the BTS (Train Station). There is a 7-11 store directly across the street from this hotel, and several other restaurants and massage places not too far. The restaurant food downstairs is really good and have a nice selection of pastries and food. Overall, the hotel staff was very helpful, and provided us GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We highly recommend Somerset and would definitely stay there again. Norma and Matthew Pace"

"Gorgeous property. Rooms were very nice, pool was nice, breakfast buffet was incredible (including gelato!). Mall across the street had lots of great restaurants and shopping. Subway was a block away for quick access to other parts of town. Great stay."
