"The hotel was clean, but it was definitely showing signs of age in many places. The staff at checkin was not super nice. The layout of the bathroom was frustrating. No space to open the door in the bathroom."

"A large beautiful house that was perfect for our family. The location was so convenient since we wanted to explore Duluth. "

"I would say respectfully it was one of the worst hotels I have been too. From when we drove in it looked pretty ok but when we got into our rooms it was completely something else my room was hot the ac wouldnt stay cool until 3am. The floors cabinets and bathroom had awful tears scratches and holes. Bathroom was just dirty even the tub looked like it hasn't been washed for 40 years and had leaves and sticks. I had found a blood stained towel that I was about to dry myself with. Even a bunch of officers came because some couple were acting violent. There was no toiletry amenities other than soap. The only good thing that came out of this place was the employees. The employees were some of the nicest respectful employees i have met and even helped my friends late at night when they had key troubles. I would say only come here if you are desperate for a place to stay or dont have enough funds."
