"Great hotel and very kids friendly"

"We have stayed here many times and the standards are consistently high. We enjoy every trip. It’s a small intimate place where you can just relax."

"Lovely hotel, staff were great and food was great"

"A great location to everything…the staff was super friendly and very helpful. The room was clean"

"Hotel was modern, clean, co"

"The hotel was great and price is very reasonable. But i think you need a car because the hotel is located uphill and its easy to walk down but its tiring coming back. And you need car to explore around the area. Also parking you need to book with hotel to get it. Better to contact them before even you get to your hotel. Price for parking also reasonable."

"Rooms are cleaned very well and regularly. Staff are polite and helpful. "

"It was a beautiful view from our room - but the food being served could have been way more Celiac Disease-friendly. There where very few options."

"I stayed there a few times over the years. It is a great location and a nice two bedroom apartment. The staff are very friendly also. "

"Very good place to stay"

"Fantastic accommodation. Great facilities + value for money "

"Fatal ! La reserva ponía entrada a partir de las 12:00 h y no querían darnos habitación hasta las 16:00 h. La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

"We had a good stay at TocToc suites, the apartment was clean, staff were friendly and most of the things you needed were available. The only thing that would have been nice was a chopping board for preparing meals, but we still made it work. Would definitely recommend for a short or long term stay in Las Palmas."

"All good, clean basic accomodation, but does has everything you need, i will certainly go back."

"We had a wonderful stay and were very impressed with the service. Communication was excellent from start to finish, with everything clearly explained and well organized. The team was kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes from the beach and right in the centre. There were at least five large supermarkets within a 3-minute walk, which made everything incredibly convenient. When an unexpected water leakage...
