Love staying at the milinium hotel auckland, the only thing this time was the room we stayed in the temperature was cold, the temp controller was old i dont think it worked so couldnt heat the room.

Staff were so nice- especially Anna! All staff were so accommodating and helped us with whatever we needed. Beautiful place to stay at. Personally wouldn’t recommend over 3 or 4 nights in colder weather as it does get a little hard to figure out plans.

Staff were great and provided great service, however, this hotel is no longer "grand" if your looking for a real 5-star stay, choose the Horizons hotel, far superior, cleaner and quieter
