The location was phenomenal for reaching the beach however the hotel room was dirty, had black mold, as well as cockroaches. The hotel staff was not very friendly, it was very difficult to get their Attention. You have to pay for everything including coffee which was not included in the rooms.

You Get What You Pay For

This is actually two hotels. The front portion adjacent to Reception has been updated. The rear buildings are overdue for an update. Our bath would not hold water, the shower hose was too short to reach my face, the toilet blocked twice ... pretty average even if it is cheap. The upgraded rooms are worth the premium

On arrival took us to a separate part of the hotel to rooms that were less than a one star & no where near to what was advertised & booked. Upon complaint moved us to the room that was booked but still not to the standard viewed on website.

Peaceful

Peaceful, a good location, very friendly staff, a good level of cleanliness. It's on the hillside so it has great views. The beach is a ten minute walk away and so are bars. For the money this hotel can not be beaten.

Ok not clean enough

The access to the room from the lobby was not very good, the bathroom was dirty and smalll, there was no tea making facilities in the room and the guests were noisy late at night, would not stay there again

Proche centre et plage

Séjour agréable. Chambre pas du tout comme sur la photo. Vieillotte. Accès à la chambre par escalier tres tres hauts. Belle vue. Mais petit soucis tout de même sur le dernier jour avec le transfert vers Koh phi phi.

Hotel close to Patong

The Royal Crown was at first appearing OK, but as we stayed there they had maintenance work carried out from early mornings on the upper floors using jack hammers and angle grinders. It was unbelievable noisy and offensive. The toilets over flowed, never have I experienced such a disaster.

Nous avons passer un séjour catastrophique dans cette hôtel, les chambre sont inondés d'insectes l'ascenseur ne fonctionne pas, c'est très embêtant quand on a un bébé de 9 mois

Good value for money

The hotel is currently going through renovations (however no noise or construction was taking place while we were there). The facilities were basic but clean and comfortable, 2 great pools and nice pool bar. Taking into account the cost per night I would say fantastic value for money and great location. Would recommend to anyone travelling on a budget.

Good Value for Money

Although had a bad start as for some reason our rooms were not cleaned for a couple of days but the manager was very kind in offering an upgrade to the larger building instead of one of the smaller old bungalows in the complex. Although nicely situated away from the crazy party of Patong ,and its advisable to hire mbikes or take the free shuttle to town. Pool nice with additional free towels to take to the pool or beach and breakfast buffet was adequate which we paid for at a reasonable price most mornings. Remember as with all marketing pics from hotels , they were taken awhile ago so we didnt expect the hotel to be new but quite adequate . Patong is actually quite a nice beach but would recommend if you have a mbike to ride along the coastal roads to visit some of the other resorts which are all fairly close as we picked Patong as its quite central for our purposes and generally cheaper and would consider booking here again

Leuk hotel rand van de stad.

Schoon en nette kamer. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt erg eenvoudig maar smakelijk. De ligging is prima voor uitstapjes. Je loopt in ongeveer 20 minuten naar het strand.

Det er ikke med på deres hjemmeside, så man bliver snydt. Vi var en del der fik andre værelser til et bedre niveau. Sengene på standard var sten hårde. Hotellet virker nedslidt. Der er ikke de aktiviteter de skriver om på hjemmesiden. Der manglede en hyggelig opholdsstue. Meget kedelig restauration. Kom man efter kl. 9 og skulle have morgenmad, var der næsten ikke mere og der blev ikke fyldt op. Der manglede noget opslag om hvad der skete i byen.
