Hotellet var lige som på billederne, det var lige som det skulle være. Den eneste negative ting, var at værelset ikke var klar da vi kom, men den søde rengøringsdame skyndte sig at gøre det klar, så vi ventede kun 10 minutter ca.

I liked that it wasn’t on the Main Street, it was a block behind, I had local store, local restaurants, laundry service, motorcycle rental. They were very close and reasonably priced and the people in all these places were friendly and helpful

Great location & price

Very clean and upgraded. Comfortable bed, soft bed sheets, strong AC and WiFi. Central and Jungceylon with a Tops grocery store just down the street, 7-11 and laundromat close by, refrigerator stays on even after leaving the room with the key gone. The number on hotels.com was wrong, I think it's written differently if you are calling from within Thailand vs. out of country. If in Thailand already, the number is +66 88 941 2713 and they have WhatsApp. It says to tell them 48h prior your arrival time, which I totally didn't see, but there were no problems because there is someone in the building from 9am-6pm. I think it's more of an issue is you are coming outside of these hours. Close to Bangla Road but off the main road so it is quiet at night. Walkable to all the markets and also the beach. I had to come back to Phuket twice so I rebooked at this hotel because it is so comfortable and convenient and you can't beat the price. The one thing that would make it perfect is a drying rack on the balcony as it is so hot in Phuket that everything dries quickly overnight.

Staff and the people I talked on the phone were friendly and open to us leaving our bags, ended up checking earlier which was very convenient for us, bd is very very comfortable for asian standard hard beds, this one was soft, just great, everything very clean and functional, the only thing we found a bit weird was that our bedroom was the one just next to the admin office on the ground floor and so all the sheets piled to go to laundry and equipement were park outside our door and other guests bags that couldn’t checking early as well. I guess that was the only room ready and that didn’t bother us that much, we were much happier to be able to check in early. The place is great and has good location as well.
