"I booked one night with intention to add another two nights if I like property. I was attempting trade show and this location was only 2 min walk from the exhibition center. As I was landing in Ho Chi Minh after 36 hours traveling I got messages from management that they sold out rooms and I will be transferred to a different hotel that is 30 min drive from exhibition center. "The apartment itself and the residence are nice. But the service from the property management was very disappointing… from cockroaches, to delayed cleaning and finally a very unpleasant visit late at night (past midnight) from armed policemen because the property landlord didn’t register us properly made the experience pretty bad.
