ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! They are charging me for new towels bc one of my friends’ hair color stained the towels. This is the first for me!!!!! Nevvvver again that I will be staying at Ibis hotels!!!! Rooms are small for the price. Shower didn’t drain and water was all over the place.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, while I was there a large number of student sports teams were staying in the hotel and you could hear them in the halls at night (sound carried a lot). My air con also was not working properly my third night.

房間偏小，連行李放置的地方都沒有（擺在地上就幾乎沒有路了） 以這個價位的空間真的是偏小！ 但是，櫃檯服務好、整體環境乾淨、早餐也好吃，如果對比旁邊的飯店，這家還是不錯的選擇。

スコール、雨が降ってきた為、フロントスタッフにタクシー（ビナサンタクシー、またはマイリンタクシーを指定）を呼んでもらったのに、白タクがマイリンタクシーだとのこと、急いでいたためそれに乗車。同じ場所まで別のタクシーが27,000VNDのところ、白タクは100,000VNDを要求してきた。スタッフのいい加減な対応には要注意のホテルです。
