The staff are awesome, very friendly and helpful. In the assistance for vehicle booking and etc. I will love to be back again with lots of convinence stores around. Disappointing stay for a Novotel.

Location perfect for work purposes. Air conditioning did not work in room 1302. Colleague’s room also on the 13th floor, air con did not work. Outside air temp 35 degrees and none of the bedrooms had the aircon on upon arrival. Just far too hot. Not great for international visitors. No extra toilet roll and not enough coffee & tea. Staff took 20+ mins to acknowledge or serve in the restaurant area. Ordering a glass of wine took another 15 mins and white wine wasn’t chilled. Again, not what was expected from Novotel. We will not be returning on our next business trip sadly.
