Summary:
Welcome to Metro Tempe Apartments. We offer fully remodeled furnished studio apartments. All of our units feature full kitchens, high speed plug in or wireless internet, full size sofa sleeper and king mattress. Check in is contactless, keypad code to your email on day of check in. This is a comfortable Studio right off of the 101 at Price and Southern. End units may have freeway noise so if you are sensitive, this may not be the space for you. These are interior corridor units so if someone breaks our policies and smokes tobacco or marijuana, you may smell that. We have a strict non smoking policy that we enforce but people do break these rules.

The property has given up on enforcing non-smoking policy but will enforce all other policies. Hence, good for smokers, not so good for non-smokers and people you have traveled miles to stay in a non-refundable room.

There were roaches. Weird stains on the walls and furniture. Bed didnt feel safe. The pictures shown on the listing are of the place but it looks very old upon arrival. The pictures make it seem cleaner and more modern than it is upon arrival. This was a motel. Which is the downgrade from a hotel. I left early because i just couldnt any longer. Im sad to have this experience with vrbo.

The space is perfect and provides easy access to and from my needed points of interest. Nice quiet area for the most part. Bed could be a little more comfortable but it’s ok. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Great communication and customer service. Definitely recommend.

Pros: Overall the unit itself was clean; front desk and security staff very friendly and check-in was easy. Cons: The 3rd floor hall smelled like someone died; only 2 towels and wouldn't give more for 11 day stay; not pots; no forks and no answer when I asked. When I sent message for the issues, I received a standard reply that dealt with nothing. Transient clientele seemed to be common. Don't think we would ever stay here again

This stay was the worst VRBO we have ever had. It was dirty throughout. The hotel smelled like weed and pet urine. It was noisy. The door didn’t seal at all. The towels were cheap small and thin. The picture in ad wasn’t the room we had. I believe people were living there. It didn’t feel safe for the wife. We do not recommend.

The only good thing I can say about this place is the room was clean and well-appointed (just like in the pictures); however the curtains didn'tclose all the way. That said, the cost is NOT as advertised. We travel with a dog and it was not until I completed all the online forms that I was notified of the additional cost ($50),which is more than HALF the price of two people staying one night, in addition to the daily pet fee ($5). NEITHER of which was identified. And the online forms? Your driver's license and a selfie is required! Also when we requested an early check-in, it was an ADDITIONAL $50! We arrived and texted that we had arrived only to wait 20 minutes in the lobby as no one was at the front desk! The lobby was clean but had an obnoxious chemical smell. We were told the front doors are locked after 5:00 PM and that we would have to use the side entrances. Except one had been used as a bathroom. To their credit, they cleaned the entrance after I identified the issue; however, the second security door (I know, I know. Too many red flags!) did not close correctly. Someone broke into the lobby and rattled everyone's door handle attempting to gain access to any room. It might have been a resident! Surrounding property was littered with dog poop. I know dog owners can be irresponsible and not pick up after their pet, but apparently it is in no one's job description to walk the property and clean up. Renter beware!

This place is clean, modern, and well located. No shady people hanging around. Nice amenities. Very friendly staff.

Good place if you need to stay for a long time on a work assignment. Everyone at the facility was very sweet and helpful. :)
