Parking can be difficult, and available spaces are often a far walk. Although an assigned parking spot was advertised, it was not consistently available to us, as it was frequently occupied by other tenants. Because of this, we were unable to benefit from that amenity.

My wife and I came for a short stay to visit our son’s family nearby. The 2BR was very attractive and cozy place for us. Super clean. I loved the huge smart TV to watch a football game. We enjoyed taking our granddaughter to the pool and hot tub. The sunset from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment complex is very nice and has a good fitness center. It is very convenient to local restaurants, groceries and shopping. Our host provided us with detailed instructions on finding the building. Like other apartment complexes we’ve stayed in Scottsdale, finding the right building, apartment and parking spot is tricky the first time. Take the time to read it (we didn’t) especially if coming at night. Our host was always responsive to questions and answered promptly.
