Great location, really well thought out interior. My nephews loved the putting holes in the back, and I liked the hot tub and dining table outside. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were great. Everything was updated and worked Erik promptly responded to all questions. TV worked great, as well as the Internet. Everything was really easy.

Great Home in a Greay Hood

We book this house every year and it never disappoints. Erik is easy to work with. It’s clean, the hot tub is great, and it’s in a great part of town.

Comfortable and cozy in Coronado!

Erik's home is everything he describes in the listing and more! The home is very well furnished, decorated, and maintained. I love that he kept some of the old details from the home after having it redone! The front porch and back yard are so serene and inviting. So even though you have everything you need inside the home, those outdoor spaces are the place to be! Outside you'll find putt putt, a hot tub, seating around a fire pit, and a beautiful gazebo with table for outdoor dining. You may even run into Teddy, the cat who lives next door. He's super friendly, so give him a quick chin scratch! On the inside you have three comfortable beds, a pull out couch, plenty of linens, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies, which I appreciated because I like to clean as I go. The kitchen and pantry were well stocked when we there. There were all sizes of pots/pans, all the cooking utensils you'd need, a pantry with plenty of the basic oils and spices - great for saving us a trip to the store for those items. Erik was super responsive to us! I highly recommend his home. It's in a centrally-located neighborhood, yet far enough of the highway, that you don't hear it at all. The neighbors were welcoming and there's lots of things to do nearby, including several restaurants and a market for last minute things. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Girls get away

Fun little property within walking distance to coffee/pastry and lunch restaurants. The pictures don't do it justice. We enjoyed the hot tub/ putt putt/ fire table and glow of the edison lights in the evenings in the back yard. We had a couple of questions that our host promptly answered. It was a great introduction to the Phoenix area.

Just as good as the pictures!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. I got married this weekend and we rented this property the night before as a place for all the bridesmaids to stay and have a nice hangout place the night before, and then got ready and used it as a staging location before the event as it was minutes from our venue. The backyard was perfect to chill by the fire, soak in the hot tub, play some games and enjoy great company. And then the house had plenty of room for everyone with beautiful aesthetic touches for our getting ready photos. The home is exactly as pictured and the host communicated very promptly and efficiently. The home was also very clean! I would recommend this listing to anyone!

fire pit heaven

i don't give 5 stars often. i wish i could give more than 5 stars for this place. the indoor space was great. the outdoor space was even better. every night was family night around the fire outside. fantastic. nice family neighborhood. loved it. super great host.

Wow!!!

That was the word that came out of everyone’s mouth when we walked into the house. The house is beautiful and the amenities were superb. There were 5 adults in our party and we had more than enough room. The backyard is fun with the putting green, corn hole, and hot tub. Erik is awesome to work with. We will definitely rent this property every time we travel to Phoenix. Thank you, Erik!!!

Beautiful space & even more of a beautiful time

This house was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was large and well equipped. We hosted a small family gathering for my husband's 30th birthday and the backyard was the perfect place to have dinner & drinks. Roomy bedrooms, comfy beds & nice bathrooms. Erik was a great host and was quick to respond. We will definitely be back again.

Family came into town for my graduation

Erik was an absolutely phenomenal host! My parents & siblings came into town for my graduation and we stayed at the house for two nights. We had a small gathering at the VRBO after my grad ceremony and the backyard was perfect for it with the lightning, space, mini putt putt area, and gorgeous plants peppered around the house. It was clean, tidy, and simply gorgeous!!! We will most certainly book Erik’s place again. He is a kind, accommodating host with excellent communication!! Thank you, Erik!! :)

Great home, magical backyard!

This a great place to stay, in an awesome neighborhood. The home is beautiful and clean, and the backyard is magical. The host communicated well, getting in and out was a breeze, and the house was clean. There’s a great convenience store and local restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Perfect for baseball and city life

Erik was great! Always very responsive to our quesions.

The property is tremendous! Very well kept and extremely clean. Location is great w/ easy access to great restaurants, shopping & sightseeing. The arts /Coronado area is full of friendly people and neat little coffee shops. We found ourselves relaxing in the backyard each evening, it's like private resort area. Would have no hesitation staying here on a return visit to AZ.

Beautiful house close to everything

We were in Town for an event at the convention center. This house is beautiful,especially inside. Many nice amenities. A ten minute drive to the convention center. Very clean.I would stay here again.
