• Easy Check-In Process: Easy Check-In Process for your rental agreement, ID verification, & security hold: It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (this is a hold on your credit card, not a traditional security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $50 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! Note: arrival info won’t be sent without completing these steps, and refunds aren’t possible if skipped. Your personalized guidebook will give you all the info about the home, my favorite local spots, automatic early check-in notifications, and sometimes even late checkout! • Guest Portal: Your personalized portal will contain all your check-in information, our favorite local recommendations, and optional upgrades like late checkout requests. 🌟 To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Pool & Heating Details
During winter, the pool heater typically keeps water in the low to mid-70s. Best heating conditions are during late spring, summer, and early fall.
Want it heated? Pool heat is available for $50/day—please request in advance to ensure it’s ready for your stay.

Amazing setup!

Loved the trip, had a group of 11 and we had plenty of room. It was great playing mini golf and lounging by the pool. Would highly reccomend for couples who go as they have 5 queen sized beds and large bunkbeds as well. Overall, getting in was simple... instructions were clear and it was really enjoyable as a group. We will be coming back in the future!
