"The resort staff very kind very helpful with service minded excellent service, The environment nice the room are clean and spacious's we will be back for sure. The location is also easy to find just follow the GPS many restaurants nearby have a nice coffee shop as well with walking distance, good value for money the owner very kind we ask for extra bed with no charge. "Location was perfect . Has Access to beach.Breakfast was absolutely amazing , huge variety of food choice and fresh juice .Pool is clean and well maintained . Has access to a mall from the hotel . You can do laundry literally opposite the hotel.There is no dearth for gastronomical food and massage.12 mins walk to walking street. Taxi and motor bike taxi at the gate. 7 eleven across main entrance .Very friendly staff. we had beach view room. Room was spacious, clean linen. Bath tub needs upgrade shows aging. Requires flooring upgrade . This hotel was Marriott 9 years ago. Even though it is aging it is well maintained . For reasonable priced tarrif, it will be hard to find a spacious hotel like this with in walking distance. to all amenities . I would highly recommend Avani resort ."
