"When I asked for a signed accommodation certificate for my workplace at check-in, I was refused. The staff member insisted they couldn’t sign it without first reviewing the document. I’ve stayed at over 200 hotels both domestically and abroad, so I was surprised—this was the first time I’d ever been refused. When I asked a different staff member at check-out, they signed it for me. It seems I just happened to get the wrong person at check-in. There was a large fly in the room. They didn’t give me an additional key card to turn on the power. There was no trash can in the bathroom."
