"Location is great. Staff is great. This place has definitely seen better days. We had peeling walls. It looked like mold in the bathroom. Definitely rundown. It is literally across the street from the beach but for the amount of money it was not worth it. Better to walk a few blocks. Breakfast was not great - thought that from other reviews - but basic. Powdered eggs, breads. No fresh fruit or anything special. "

"We had a a wonderful couple of days at this property. The condo was beautifully decorated, and we loved all the "beachy" touches throughout. The turtle coffee table was our favorite piece! Shannon couldn't have been more accommodating. Explicit directions were given in advance. The location of the condo was perfect with gorgeous views of the beach and pool. We enjoyed shopping and eating at the beach town Fernandina Beach, which was an easy drive and filled with shops and restaurants.Highly recommend!"

"Excellent staff. Attentive to detail. Hotel is not a Ritz Carlton. Missing all out service and a facilities you pay for. Lobby bar closed until 3pm, gourmet restaurant closed Sunday and monday. No service outside areas. Not a Ritz when you have to buy a bottle of wine and plastic cups to enjoy overlooking the ocean."

"Outstanding condo on the Amelia Island Coast! Michelle, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions and requests. The space quickly becomes a home away from home with comfortable beds and furniture, a super well stocked kitchen and a wrap around deck with plenty of seating. It’s in a great location too! "Location location location. This condo is GREAT. This is our fifth time staying here. The unit has everything we need to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The hot is responsive, although we didn't need anything. The condo has all the amenities we needed. We plan to return next year for sure. "

Pathway to the Ritz was an added bonus. Our host, Jan, was responsive and very welcoming. Highly recommended. We had a great experience!"
