「When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. 」

"アバディーンは住人から言わせると、かつてのエネルギー産業が斜陽化し、生まれ変わる底にある、と言われていました。が、住まいが煉瓦ではなく、岩からできていて、そのために街が灰色の印象がありますが、まるでディズニーランドの中にいるような城があちこちにあり、そんななか公園に面した一等地にあるのがこのメルキュールホテルです。豪華ではありませんが、お部屋、トイレ、シャワー、クローク、お茶、冷蔵庫と、申し分ないです。"
