"We used to love this hotel but had a bad experience this time, our room wasn’t ready by 3pm, the tv in the room didn’t have any signal so couldn’t watch anything, and had to stir my coffee with my fingers as there were no spoons, overall underwhelmed and will try somewhere else next time."

"The best hotel in Perth for good customer service. Mariah on the front desk so helpful and friendly. You don’t feel scared of approaching them when you need help with anything at the hotel, unlike some other 4 /5 star hotels when you feel like there just not that interested in your stay . "

"The rooms in the hotel are fantastic - spacious, very clean and the view from the window was lovely. The rooms have a modern feel to them and are nice and bright. The welcome fizz at reception when checking in was also a nice touch. Staff were always very friendly. The hotel is located very centrally within Perth so nothing is that far away either. My only point of constructive feedback would be the breakfast, which I thought could have been fresher."
