"Booked a suite. Clean room. Staff were polite. Appreciated the 2 separate bedrooms and comfy beds but blinds were poor and did not block out light well. Both bedroom doors didn't latch so had to push up suitcases on the floor to keep closed. The bathroom door didn't lock and couldn't get outlet to work. Good, quiet location but can really hear the people above and is especially noisy when they have a shower. Breakfast good first day but poor the next with no hot items. Nice courtyard but missing tables to sit outside. Didn't use the pool. "

"Great location, as it's close to the Events Centre and Arena, the Casino, and a couple of blocks from Lake Okanagan's waterfront on the north end of Penticton."

"The staff were nice and the room was clean but it was very run down. The elevator smelled so bad I had to hold my breath until I got off. The pool and hot tub were not available. The electric heat took several hours to get the room up to 20° and the ice bucket had no lid. Even if the pool and hot tub had been working, the hours are limited because of the atrium design, so if you're only staying one night because you're there for a show, you don't have any time to use them. They say they are renovating in the fall of 2026 so maybe it will be better then. They were very good about refunding my money and because they were so helpful, I will definitely give them another try after renovations."

"Check-in was easy. They sent a text with ur room # and door code. Got to the resort and parked and unloaded…. No issues. The room was spotless. While this is an older facility ( (50’s ?? ) which has been renovated it served our purposes well. Full marks !!!"
