The Sandpiper (Unit C) - This cute, re-purposed space is a 1 bed, 1 bath small efficiency unit is equipped with full kitchen, full-sized bed, couch, smart television and wi-fi. Relax on the covered porch equipped with a swing as you read your favorite novel, listen to music or grill burgers on the charcoal grill beside the porch. Best for 1 person, ok for 2 people. Community parks are located within walking distance, just a couple of blocks away - perfect place to stroll through as you take in the sights and sounds of the historic district. This property is close to downtown Pensacola, Publix, shopping areas, restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beach.

Perfect little weekend Apartment

My wife and I stayed in this apartment while our group of friends stayed in the main house. Decorated and furnished well. Everything we needed. No issues at all and Staci is great to deal with! Have no complaints at all!

Must Have Been An Off Week

Good notes are that the neighborhood is fantastic , great location. Lots of families walking the dog at sunset. The kitchen was nice sans a dishwasher but was fully stocked. Internet is super fast ! The ugly notes are that the place had no closets, no where to hang your clothing. You will have to get creative or just live out of your suitcase which is a pain if your staying for a week or more. Fridge had someone's gallon sweet tea left behind from previous guests and was starting to turn into syrup. How did they miss that ? Bed was small and old style springs in your back and shoulders style. Lint from the shedding bath towels was everywhere on the floor and on your face after you use them. Limited privacy , there are a few other rental units on this property, heard one of the neighbors arguing loudly next door then one time was leaving and some kid was on my porch swing listening to his music out loud. UGH ! Last and not least.....roaches ! Killed 6 in total during my week stay. Left a few out after I left for the owner to see but never got a follow up email from them. Most were hiding under the floorboards that were coming up in front of the bathroom. All in all I wouldn't mind staying there but not for a week. Actually left a day early due to roach number 6. Two people maximum.

Great Space and Location!

Super cute space in a fantastic location! Close to downtown and short drive to the beach. Clean with great A/C. Only suggestion would be to add a toaster. Loved the front porch swing!

Outstanding location. Apartment was clean nice comfortable cozy. Kitchen fully stocked appliances outstanding. Yhe only thing it was a full bed so if you and your partner are nice sized its a tough fit. That's it we loved it

enjoyable stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. there are some very minor things that would make this place great. 1. trash can in the bathroom 2. coffee cup(s) to go with the coffee maker 3. Shower door does not stay shut and allows water to soak the floor 4. There is a 2-3 inch step from the kitchen to living room, it needs some type of warning. I have a bad issue in my lower back and did not see the step down which caused me to jolt my lower back and it flared up my pain for 30-45 minutes.
