「The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. When we arrived, it turnes out the restaurant hasnt even been built yet and there was also alot of construction going on daily.」

「There was no laundry room」

「We ended up bailing after one night here and eating the cost. We were not able to get a refund. The hotel had some construction going on around the to be restaurant area. The pool was in the far corner, with only one beach lounger and algae growth. There were loungers on the roof, but absolutely no shade, so not a great place to spend the day. 「Hidden gem. We were up in the mountains where it rained so decided to spend last night of our trip in cocoa Beach area. Rooms spotless host amazing and the best part as an animal lover was the rescue animals that are on the property. I have two myself. Will definitely be back.」

「We had a wonderful time at Suitree. We arrived early on a very hot day. They allowed us to utilize the pool and swim up bar while waiting for our room. Staff was wonderful and friendly. Overall pleasant stay but don't expect lush green trees in March. I still highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a unique experience near Liberia. 」

「This is a wonderful hotel. They organised our transfer from the airport and we were able to buy breakfast when we arrived and use the pool until our room was ready in the afternoon. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the town, although there are lots of restaurants closer. The staff were very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend Hotel Villa Del Sol.」
