I liked the atmosphere of the place. Very close to the Boys and Girls( my grandson played baseball there).
The only thing I didn’t like was parking reverse in. Other than that perfect! Even the roosters and koki frogs didn’t bother me!

Clean condo. Six of us had plenty of room. 3 adults, 3 teenagers. Excellent value for 3 bd 3 bath. Kitchen was equipped but not chef level but we prepared only simple breakfast food and ate out mostly. About 12-15 minutes walk to beach but beach parking is plentiful. I would recommend to families or couples.
