Really loved the inside of the hale! Lots of space in the rooms...access to ROKU during our stay. Loved falling alseep and waking up to the sounds of the Coqui Frogs! Property Manager was great with communication from the beginning to the end! The Property Caretaker was also very nice!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Charming Hilo House. We were here only for 3 days and the house was centrally located to the shopping mall, market, and all the places we needed to be for our 2-day family events.The owner‘s brother greeted us when we arrived, and we chatted for a while. From the outside you couldn’t tell, but once you were inside, the home was very spacious, clean, and accommodated our family of 8 adults, 1 child & 2 infants. Love the large living room (A on Roku), kitchen/dining area and the 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms met all our needs. No air conditioning, but that was okay as the fans help and the coqui frogs also help put us to sleep. Love the fact that you had checked-out instructions, but what suggest you get new hampers. We certainly enjoyed our weekend at your Charming Hilo home!

This was a perfect place for our stay! We had 11 people, (9 adults and 2 children) everyone slept comfortably. The house is centrally located in Hilo, so your close to many attractions and only about a 30 min drive to Hawaii Volcanoes National park, which is perfect for us. We were there to see Kilauea's episode 50. The house doesn't have air-conditioning, which almost caused a bunch of Texans to panic. But, there was fans for every room and with the windows open the house was plenty cool. I slept hard every night! The host, Tyrell was great! He gave us some tips on beaches to go to and things to see. We will definitely use this property again! I highly recommend it.
