「Very friendly rooms above pub slap bang in the main street. Pretty laid back and jiust came and went as we pleased. Cat and all the staff were very friendly and helpful to us. Bar was great for a few drinks and the town is great with friendly people everywhere. Big bonus was Vale of Leithen won :-)」
「We had a lovely time. From the moment we were greeted at reception on the first day till the day we left. Everyone was so nice and couldn’t have done enough for us. Our 2 dogs were made so welcome and our dining experience wasn’t reduced in any way because of them. Harriet should get a mention as nothing was too much trouble for her. 「Lived staying here. The staff are so friendly and hard working, especially Charlotte. She is so helpful and nothing is too much for her.
Although the hotel is a bit dated, it goes with the ambiance of the building. I found our room and bathroom clean and cozy. The building has so many areas to sit and relax. We liked it that much we have booked another trip in September 」
