「Aaron, Richard and manager Remy excellent, great customer service so lovely」

「I booked a room for Saturday, October 3. I came from Florida that day, so I was putting a lot of trust in the photos that they posted online whenever I arrived at the hotel the front desk lady was not very pleasant and seemed very irritated to exist. She gave me my room key, and I walked into the room and all I could feel was instant humidity. It smelled like an abandoned building. There was no hand soap by the sink and the only thing that I could use to wash my hands was a bottle of shampoo,...

「Comfortable room」

「No coffee and barely any breakfast. The two coffee machines in the lobby were broken and the rooms no longer have small coffee makers. How does a hotel not have coffee for guests?」

「The stuff was very helpful and the place overall clean and peaceful. Parking very accessible and there so many near by stores, gas stations and places to eat. They do have breakfast included option with hotel stay and the food was good.」

「A little bit far from the downtown though clean and nice, with good services.」

「We had to move our beds back up against the wall and the desk under the tv. The rooms smelled like chemicals. The wheels are falling apart on the luggage carts. There is signs for vending but no vending on the 2nd floor. I dont care that there is no pool advertised, there is one on the property that is filled with swamp water. Cannot believe i got charged so much for my pets for this sorry excuse of accommodations」
