「A lovely stay, very close to Alton Towers. The staff were lovely & the continental breakfast varied & suited us well. The rooms are separate "chalets" with allocated parking spaces next to each front door. We were concerned that staying in a pub may be noisy, but had a very peaceful night's sleep! The beds were very comfy & the family room spacious enough for 2 adults & 2 teenage kids (as long as they are happy in bunk beds!) The rooms are very dated & could do with a freshen up. 「部屋は広くて清潔で、快適なベッドのおかげで素晴らしい滞在ができました。 冷蔵庫もあり、空調設備も整っていました。 駅からは少し距離があります。周辺には何もありませんが、大型スーパーTesco Extraが近くにあります。また、町の中心へは徒歩圏内です。 3泊しましたが、2泊目の午後に一度ホテルに戻ると部屋の掃除やベッドメイキングは終わっていたけれど、下に置いておいたタオルがそのままで交換されていませんでした。 近くにハウスキーパーの方が居たので伝えましたが、なかなか来てくれませんでした。それでも1時間ほど後にようやく来てくれたので、新しいタオルを使うことができました。 朝食などレストランは利用していません。 レセプションスタッフは丁寧な対応でした。」

「The staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel ‘but maybe not - we are quite expensive’. 」
