A fantastic barn conversion, with original characterful beams and views over the fields, located on a farm within the Staffordshire Moorlands.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Galleried, Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture. Front garden with patio and garden furniture (shared with other properties on-site). Bike store (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: No children except babes in arms. The property is on a working farm, so guests may experience early morning awakening with cockerels etc.. Dukes Cottage is a charming barn conversion nestled in the picturesque village of Winkhill, near Leek. This cottage can be booked together with Clarence Cottage (UK47494), it’s almost identical counterpart, to accommodate up to four guests, making it perfect for small groups or families.
