「We tried to check in at 4:00pm and there was no one in the office to check in. Several young employees were walking back and fourth trying to clean the rooms. 「Nice relaxing property. Close to national park and lots of good restaurants and shops in Estes Park.Property was very clean and nicely maintained. The spa located downstairs was a nice plus and all the services we had were wonderful.Really enjoyed the relaxing stream located right outside. We saw lots of wildlife.The only thing to be aware of is you will need to be able to climb stairs to get to the main living area.We really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay again if back in Estes...
