The room was very nice. We were sitting in the lobby by the fire and a staff person asked if we needed anything…. Very nice. However it is low season and very few people. We were put on the basement floor with a view of a retaining wall. It seems it would have behooved them to put us on the main floor with somewhat of a view so we would be inclined to return.
