"3rd time staying here. I really like this hotel. Very nice staff who speak good English. Nice little restaurant with good breakfast. last year I was there when a typhoon shut down all of Hong Kong. Bishop Lei staff came to work in spite of government stay-home orders to take care of guests like me. they even opened their restaurant since there was no where to eat (limited menu but hey). Really great people. strong recommend to foreign visitors."

"room was really spacious, and clean - as was the rest of the hotel. all staff were helpful and kind. the only drawback was that the hotel is connected to a mall + conference spaces, so whilst i was there, the lobby was constantly overflowing with people, lift access, check in etc were slow as a result. not sure if its like that year round, but for the time that i was there, that was definitely a hassle."

"My room was very nice and the location was excellent for either sightseeing around Hong Kong, or catching the ferry to Macau. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all nice. The hotel bar closed a little early for a Saturday night (last order 10:30). But I had a very nice stay."
