"Absolutely AMAZING. Our best stay in Sri Lanka. The owners were the loveliest couple I’ve ever met, they gave us tea and cookies when we arrived and made us the most delicious Sri Lankan breakfast during our stay. They were so kind and thoughtful. "An excellent new hotel with superb rooms (room 6 for three). Great heated pool and good value food and drink (swim up bar). Not an issue for us but you'll need to deal with steps to stay here. As you may expect halfway up a hillside. Sensational views btw"

Its location is also ideal for exploring nearby attractions, including Little Adam’s Peak and Ravana Ella. What made our stay especially memorable was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Sachini, who provided truly world-class guest service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful breakfast service. The staff asked us the night before what we would prefer for breakfast, and everything was prepared fresh and served right on time. A beautiful location, stunning views, wonderful staff, and exceptional service—Heaven Breeze Hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Ella. We would happily stay here again!"

"Amazing place. Can’t fault a single thing. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was amazing. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Always ready to help with a buggy. Spa was amazing in a very scenic set up. Secluded yet just a few mins drive to main city centre. Pool area is nice but the pool is rather small. Breakfast is very good, made to order. Complimentary guided trek to little Adams peak just behind the resort. They gave discount vouchers for Ravana pool club and zip lining but we didn’t have time to try. Overall fully recommend."

"Staff were incredibly helpful warm and welcoming. The views were amazing from our room; from welcome area and pool area. Definitely recommend this place. The room was spacious and clean. Location was 1 km from ella so approx 500 SR to get to town (uphill!) but an easy walk ( downhill ) to get back !!"
