「All staff members are so kind and friendly. Every service was perfect and comfortable for me from the checking in to checking out. We booked the hotel very last minutes, but the staff helped me for the meal arrangement and the safari arrangement smoothly so there was no inconvenience and negative comments for the stay!

「I was here for one night with my family. The staff was excellent particularly the front desk staff and Supun. Everyone gave us a warm welcome and answered our questions. Supun in particular was very patient and helpful with my elderly parents . The hotel is also located in the heart of Ella ‘s hustle and bustle and we had great views of the sunset and sunrise. Breakfast was also great . A variety to choose from. Would come back here next time I visit Ella .」

「We had an extremely enjoyable two-night stay at Ella Dream Catcher Resort. The hotel is easily accessible by car or tuk-tuk and is located about 10 minutes from the city center, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to town.

「I was upgraded to a larger room with a great view, which I appreciated.
But the manager arranged a driver who took me to a scam-like massage place. It was unsafe and I had to go to the Tourist Police myself to get a full refund. The manager, despite having recommended the driver himself, refused to take responsibility, and his response afterward was far from reassuring. The owner offered a discount the next day but never apologized.

「The staff here could not be more helpful and friendly. I felt very welcomed and safe. The property sits on a lakefront with abundant wildlife. I enjoy photography and one of the staff kayaked me with my camera around the lake to take photographs of the wildlife. Like I said the service is unparalleled and the food is excellent. The staff is prompt and plans were followed up to the letter. It doesn’t get any better.」
