「Had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful hilly, mountain-side hotel. The setting was serene and refreshing, but what stood out most was the exceptional hospitality from every member of the staff warm, attentive, and always ready to help. 「Ella is a dream and this property was so nice! The whole ambiance is beautiful and calming. They even have a garden on the premises. Our room has a magnificent view great for watching the sunrise. I opted to watch from outside near the garden. It was so magical to watch the Sun rise while listening to the birds serenade in the background and faint Buddhist chants growing gradually louder as the Sun came up! I highly recommend this property for your stay in Ella and wish we could have stayed...

「“I recently stayed here, and it was an absolutely amazing experience. When I first looked it up, I saw some older reviews that were negative, but those were from years ago when the building wasn’t finished. Now, it’s a beautifully built place—spotlessly clean, no bugs (which can be an issue in Ella), with a comfortable bed, spacious room, and a pristine bathroom. Everything was just perfect. 「2泊3日しましたが、総合的にとても大満足でした！泊まってよかったです！まず、飛行機の遅延の影響でチェックインが深夜3時になってしまいましたが、メッセージを送ったらその時間でも大丈夫、とのことで、無事に対応いただけました。朝も6:00の電車があり、5:00にチェックアウトと朝食を持たせてくれました。本当に優しいスタッフでした。また、朝食夕食もお願いしましたが、とても眺めのいいレストランで、料理も美味しく、本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました！」

「Our stay at Araliya Green City was amazing. We received a traditional welcome (lighting of Oil lamp, garland) Our room ws sòoooooo spacious. It had 4 washrooms, 3 fire places, 2 massive king size beds, living room, dining room, fully functional kitchen with 5 appliances. Washer and dryer. It had the best view. Special Thanks to Thiyagu at the front office who treated us like family. The General Manager - Dinesh pays attention to every details..」
