"Excellent customer service. I have never felt more at home at a hotel than here. Perfect!!!!!! Stayed at Hyatt first half of trip and wished I would have stayed here the whole time. "
"The best stay in Nepal ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Staff are super nice and helpful. Close to the Boundha, just few minutes walking"
"The staff are very friendly and the facility is exceptionally clean. It's location close to the airport is very helpful. I stayed for most of the day awaiting my flight out in the evening. The owner / manager is very friendly."

"We had an overnight in Kathmandu before flying to Bhutan. Check-in was super easy, the bed comfortable, and you can’t beat the location on the airport parking lot.
The shower was great though it took a full 5 minutes for the water to get hot. "

"The Dwarika is an oasis. The spa and gym facilities are out of this world. It is a living cultural museum with wood carvings and art and traditional but fancy local cuisine.
It was exactly what I needed after the Everest Marathon, a place to detox and recover. Even the air is better and sweeter in the hotel. It isn’t near Thamel but that is why it is peaceful. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. It isn’t the luxury, it is the support of Nepali and Newari traditions that put it over the top.
PS The basil lemonade is addictive
PPS The lady who manages the treatment center is a fourth generation healer and she has an incredible nasya recipe for your sinuses and lungs
PPS Try a game of Tigers and Goats"
"The front desk staff were absolutely fantastic — very efficient, professional, and friendly. I was extremely happy with their service.
The breakfast was also excellent. There was a wide variety of food, and the chefs, serving staff, and supervisors all provided outstanding service. The coffee was among the best I’ve had in Kathmandu, and the latte service was impressively quick. I’m leaving with wonderful memories of my stay at the Hilton.

"Great food and rooftop views from the restaurant! However the rooms (especially bathroom) need upgrades and fixes. The rooms also didn’t have a locker so leave your belongings at your own risk! "
