「Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and provided all we needed including extra pillows & a fan. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant each morning. It was definitely worth the additional cost. 」
「This hotel is surrounded by many shop, restaurants, and bars, closed to Swansea station with walking of 10 minutes to reach. Also a large supermarket can be found around it. The room was large and the bathroom had a large bathtub with enough hot water. The staffs was quite helpful and kind with good smiling face. 」

「the staff were great changing our room from the 3rd floor to 1st floor due to a broken down lift. This was repaired the following day. The restaurant was excellent with adapting the menu to gluten free. No electric vehicle chargers but 2 convenient chargers a short walk away by the rugby club.」

「Tuve una muy grata estadía. El lugar es tal como se describe. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas con una vista muy linda hacia la playa. Además hay una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario lo cual se agradece mucho. Destaco además la amabilidad y simpatía del encargado, que estuvo siempre muy atento a cualquier necesidad. El único detalle es que en la noche es muy ruidoso ya que pasa una carretera con mucho flujo vehicular y eso afecta un poco el descanso, pero el resto, todo bien.」

「All as described. Suggest requesting a room away from main road but lovely decor , fancy coffee machine and great shower. Parking in Bath Road immediately behind is only £1 for 3 hours so £8 for 24hours. Happy to return 」
