I stayed here for 5 1/2 months in 2025. The apartment is well located, large, and airy. The furniture is comfortable and there's lots of storage. The apartment is well equipped in many ways, ill equipped in others. (E.g., lots of silverware, but no cooking or serving utensils.) Unfortunately it was only surface-level clean. I spent three days washing all the smelly bedding, and also dishwashing all the cutlery and crockery that was sticky. I had to ask the cleaners to clean up the dust balls (and, oddly, a dust covered tennis ball) behind all the furniture. The management company was a huge disappointment, unprofessional and defensive, and unwilling to redress any issues. They refused to deal with the leaky shower attachment, the slow-draining drains, the broken light switches, or the moldy cabinet in the kitchen breeding flies. Perhaps they think it's normal to have to sweep up half a dozen fly carcasses off the counter every morning. They lied and said there was air conditioning. They also didn't disclose that the building was under scaffolding, with banging, scraping, paint smells, and inability to keep the windows open for 2 months. They gave the wrong internet password so I had no internet for the first 24 hours. They also routinely gave conflicting instructions.
