Charming 38m² one-bedroom apartment ideally located in the 16ᵉ arrondissement, close to public transport. A comfortable place for your stay to discover the city. The apartment's privileged location makes it easy to get around the capital by various means of transport: Metro: Passy station (line 6), a 3-minute walk away. Numerous day and night bus routes. Vélib stations. Several cab companies available, including G7 cabs (the most popular): call 36 07. Parking spaces for motorcycles in front of the residence and parking spaces for cars (payment from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.).

気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
Property has serious health and safety issues. No air conditioning and it's on the top floor and gets so hot that you can't stay iinside. Terrible manament no response.... Small useless fan provided by the owner. This is a scam property just to lure people in close to the Eiffel tower. Will complain about this to Expedia. This property should be removed as it doesn't meet the standards of Expedia!

Great, quiet, clean stay in Paris!

Pros:5 min walk to Passy train station, 10 min walk across the Seine.Comfy bed.Clean bathroom! (toilet is in a separate room, which is odd but charming).Clean everything, really. Super clean apartment.In-unit laundry (washer AND dryer).Elevator (small) so you don't have to walk 8 floors of stairs.Super quiet and peaceful.Awesome view of Eiffel tower from living room.Cons:No A/C (like a lot of places in the EU), but the April breeze was more than enough to stay comfy.Dryer took 3 to 4 hours to dry a load of laundry (not a big deal, but plan for it if you're in a rush to get laundry done).Summary: Awesome apartment. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, great shower, AMAZING view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room. In-unit washer/dryer was a huge plus. But most importantly, it was QUIET! A, would stay again.
