Wouldn’t Come Back
While working with the property manager was very easy and communication was good, that is about the only good thing about this place. The stairways/hallways leading to the apartment are very rundown and sketchy, there were broken stairs, it was dimly lit, it did not feel safe at all. To top it off, we had a random man banging on our door and ringing the bell at 1AM. It was bad enough, we ended up calling the police. He did not speak English, he would only bang on the door, say a few things and then say “open door.” It shook us both up! We told the property manager, and they said they would send someone the next day to “check things” and “speak with the neighbor.” We were ready to pack up and leave. Overall, wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend staying here. Seems like they may be trying to renovate the actual apartment, but until renovations happen in the area leading up to it, it’s going to remain a very sketchy place to try to stay.
