"This is one of new favourite hotels. The location is brilliant; adjacent to a subway line & the massive bus station. There is also a huge mall with El Corte Ingles one block away. It’s a very short walk into the Carmen; the historical part of the city. There are also great transportation links with the buses. The hotel is terrific & is consistent with other NH hotels that have stayed in. Super friendly and helpful staff, lovely room with a big bathroom and a very easy to understand shower. Breakfast is top rate. I would not hesitate to recommend to stay here, and I look forward to my next stay in Valencia at this hotel."

"Overall a good experience. Staff were friendly and polite. They were extremely helpful with providing a room so we could check out later, and bar staff were excellent. The only room for improvement was the breakfast, food was good and fresh, however it felt a little chaotic at times, though staff did their upmost to help during busy times. It would be an improvement to have table service for certain items eg eggs/coffee to reduce the chaos."

"A really great stay at this hotel, really easy to get around with 2 metro’s near, and plenty of buses. The pool is a great little addition, and is very well maintained (the whole hotel was really). Food was also very good, and breakfast was excellent, everything was always available. Staff are very nice despite not speaking a lot of English. The room was very clean, and the bed very comfy, great nights sleep. Housekeeping was also very friendly! Would recommend this hotel."

"modern apartment, with all facilities for a short stay. Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed although once opened it takes up practically the entire living area which is a bit small. There is the possibility of leaving your luggage in a paid locker located on the lower floors, which in our case was very useful both on arrival and departure to make the most of our days. Good cleaning, not top. Possibility of having breakfast in a bar attached to the accommodation but which we personally did not use. Mini supermarket very close and above all metro and bus stops just a few minutes away. Highly recommended."
